What We Build in Vinyl
Vinyl comes as solid privacy panels, semi privacy panels, and styles with a lattice or picket top. Six feet is the usual privacy height. We set posts in concrete and build metal into every gate, walk or drive.

Privacy panels
Solid panels, six feet tall, with a flat top or decorative post caps.
Semi privacy
About five feet tall, for a yard you want enclosed without a solid wall.

What colors does vinyl come in?
White, gray, tan and adobe are the usual choices, and a black metal picket top adds contrast. If your HOA has a color rule, tell us and we will match it.
Can vinyl be painted or stained?
Vinyl is not meant to be painted or stained, and it does not need it. Pick the color you want before we order.
Are vinyl gates strong enough?
Every vinyl gate we build, walk or drive, has metal built into the frame so it keeps its shape.
What warranty comes with vinyl?
Vinyl fences come with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you, and coverage applies to the original purchaser.
Do I need a permit?
Permits are the homeowner's job, and the contract says so. If your town or HOA wants a permit, a drawing or an approval first, tell us early and we will plan the schedule around it.
