What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Supreme Site Services collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It applies to supremeservicessc.com. Supreme Site Services is a fence company based in Lexington, SC.

What our forms collect

When you send us a form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, project address and a message about your project. You can also pick the type of fence you are asking about. The phone number or the email is enough for us to reach you, and you can leave the rest blank.

Along with the form, our website notes where you came from, such as the page you were on, the site that sent you and any advertising tags in the link. We use that to learn which of our efforts bring in estimate requests.

How we use it

We use what you send to contact you about your project and give you an estimate. Your request is saved in our website’s lead record and entered into our scheduling system, Contractor Accelerator, where Michael and Darby follow up with you. We may also keep it to answer questions about your project later.

Analytics and advertising tags

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It also uses the Meta pixel and a Google Ads conversion tag, which tell Meta and Google when a visit leads to an estimate request, so our ads on those services reach the right people and we can see which ones work. These tools set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as your browser, your device and the pages you view.

You can opt out at the browser level. Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a private window, or turn on a tracking protection setting. Google offers an opt out add-on for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can manage the ads you see from Google at adssettings.google.com and from Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences. The site works with these tags turned off.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as our website host, our scheduling system and the analytics and advertising tools above, and when the law requires it.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your project. You can reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts from us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
