Supreme Site Services is family owned. I started it here in Lexington in 2020. You are not calling a franchise or a call center. You are calling the people who will be standing in your yard.

Most installs take one to three days, and we clean up and walk the fence with you before we leave.

What warranty comes with my fence?
Supreme Site Services gives vinyl, aluminum and chain link fences a lifetime workmanship warranty. Wood fences come with a one year workmanship warranty and a tune up visit in the first year. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you, and coverage applies to the original purchaser.
How long does installation take?
Most installs take one to three days, depending on the length of the fence and whether an old fence has to come out first. We will give you a specific timeline in your written proposal before any work starts.
Will you remove my old fence?
Yes. Tearing out and hauling away your old fence is part of the job when you need it. We go over that in your estimate so there are no surprises on your invoice or in your yard.
Will you work with my HOA?
We regularly build fences that have to clear an HOA first. If yours needs a drawing, a specific height or a particular style approved before you can start, let us know early and we will plan the schedule around it, not against it.
What if my yard is sloped, wooded or has utility lines?
We regularly build on sloped yards, around trees and near utility lines, and we plan gates and post placement to fit what your property actually looks like. We walk the site in person before we quote it, so surprises like these get solved before you sign anything.
Are you insured?
Yes. Supreme Site Services is a registered South Carolina LLC and is fully insured. A copy of our certificate of insurance comes with your proposal.
Do you repair fences?
Yes. Supreme Site Services repairs fences and gates as well as builds new ones, and that includes storm damage. Call or text 803-609-9760 and tell us what happened.
