About This Fence
This West Columbia yard started with an old wood privacy fence and gate that had worn out. We took the old fence out and built a new Adobe vinyl privacy fence in its place, with a black metal picket top that adds contrast above the solid panels. The tan color is part of the vinyl, so there is nothing to paint, stain or seal later.
The gate matches the fence, and it has metal built into the frame, with a diagonal brace you can see in the photos, so it keeps its shape instead of sagging. The house is brick, and the warm Adobe tone sits well beside it. Tearing out and hauling away the old fence is part of the job when you need it, and we go over it in the estimate so there are no surprises. Vinyl fences carry a lifetime workmanship warranty.
